Delivery Information
Our
first mission is to offer you the best online shopping experience, so
we have made it easier for you to make your shipment easier because your

Delivery:
The cost of delivery will be according to the prices
mentioned on the website, and the expected date of delivery will be
displayed, and in case we delay delivery due to reasons beyond our
control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of that.
We have the right to check your identity or ownership of your financial
tools or to request to provide us with more information and documents,
and accordingly we are entitled to refuse delivery or cancel the order.
Product Ownership:
The products are yours, as soon as they reach you at
the delivery address, and you pay the full amount. An electronic
receipt will be issued for the value of your purchases and will be sent
to your email that was provided to us upon registration.
Maestro
Deals mainly delivers your orders through the company's own fleet but
may get help from a third party at peak times to ensure the timely
shipping of your order.
We
allow you to choose the most convenient time for your delivery, on any
day, on another day according to your geographical area, or during any
week or even month.
Orders
should be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time for delivery,
bearing in mind the cut-off time and working hours of Maestro
Deals. Some goods may need more time for processing, with delivery
taking a day or several days, depending on the nature of the item.
In the case of urgent orders, please contact our customer service and we will do our best to help you.
We
may ask for your signature on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt
of the goods. We will deliver the order to the registered address and we
consider the signature of anyone at the address as a receipt of the
order.

Important Delivery Information:
We
insure all packages in transit from the store to the delivery address
against theft and incidental damage. Once the package has been signed
for it is no longer insured Maestro Deals.
Maestro Deals reserves the right to add extra charges to the shipping delivery if your location is in a remote area.
